Visual Expo Rules

• The theme of the event is Science & Technology.
• Each team can have a maximum of 2 participants and must prepare one poster per team.
• **Poster Rules:**
  • The poster size must be a maximum of 1m x 1m and must be handmade.
  • The language used on the poster must be English.
  • Participants' names and their institute name should be written on the back of the poster.
  • All lettering and diagrams on the poster must be readable from a distance of 2 feet.
• **Judging Criteria (50 Marks):**
  • Content/Topic Selection: 15 marks
  • Uniqueness/Creativity: 5 marks
  • Presentation: 10 marks
  • Q&A: 10 marks
  • Overall Impact/Format: 10 marks
