Project Exhibition Rules

• Each team can have up to 4 members.
• Teams can present any innovative project of their choice.
• Projects can be showcased in the form of a working model/prototype, a poster or presentation (PPT), a research/concept paper, or a demonstration with a simulation or video.
• Each team will have 8-10 minutes to explain their project, followed by a 3-5 minute Q&A session with the judges and audience.
• Teams will be ranked based on their overall performance in idea, presentation, and teamwork.
• Bonus points may be given for working prototypes or live demonstrations.
• Plagiarism or directly copying projects from online sources is not allowed.
• Teams must be prepared to explain their own work.
• The decision of the judges is final and binding.
